1 Organisation :

AFRICA UNITED FOR DISCIPLESHIP AND MISSIONS (AUDM)

2 Headquarters :

UGANDA, KAMPALA; EAST-AFRICA

3  Vision :

Be one of the positive  examples of making disciples and inciting churches to send missionaries.

Our Mission : Being actively present in 4 countries (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and DRCongo) now just after  3 years of existence;
 by  2030 we believe by the grace of God;
__to be able to set a model of   Portable Bible  Schools in 30% of African countries and 3 Schools of Evangelism in 3 countries; equip graduates for  multiplication and incite partner churches to embrace the culture of discipleship, missions, and Home cells.

 *Objectives
- Encourage the unity of the church of Christ.

- Train brethren having the heart for evangelism including, lay faithful ladies and men, including students from high schools and universities with  the basic knowledge of the word of God,  and equip them for evangelism, discipleship and home cells materials.

-Please note: *Portable Bible Schools are movable Bible schools that follow the church  wherever it is (town and remote areas), and our qualified team goes there,  train and equip its members for at least 200 classes provided we are invited by that local church.

The minimum of our Curriculum in this  Portable Bible School include among others:

a) Bible survey .
b) Doctrine.
c) Homiletics.
d) How to Shepherd the flock of God
e) To live a spiritual life.
f) Home cells.
g) Relationship between different denominations.
h) Environment protection and self-development of ministers.

Lessons include theory and practical activities in the field.

 Our main manuals are : 1) "The Bible", the authorized, especially The Macarthur Study Bible;
 2) "Called To Shepherd God's People" by Thelma Braun.
3) Tentmaker's Manual by Association International Discipleship Advancement and Educational Resources,
4) The Book of Signs by Dr. David Jeremiah.
5) Understanding True Love by The Mailbox Club International.
6) Four Spiritual Laws by Bill Bright

School of evangelism* is more than the Portable Bible School in that, this is residential, and for couples unless the student and his/her church proof that he/she is not married yet.
Has much more courses , takes at least 12 months including theory and practical courses in both vocational and small group management.

 SPECIAL OTHER TEACHING WE OFFER:

 Youth
Especially on students holidays (Easter, Christmas days).

 The objective is that,
- We want to gain some of them for Christ.
- Encourage them to impact their respective communities and their places of work with life change behavior.

- Prevent them from being taken by false prophets or entering criminal groups;
- we want them to become government law abiders.

- Teach them how they can assist local churches to reach hidden and forgotten people wherever they may be.

 Strategies

a) Having learned through failures and successes of the past a number of lessons, we have realised that;  because of what is happening in the world, and recently the effect of COVID-19 Pandemic, the church should be prepared and encouraged to return to the basic principles of the early church to avoid false teachings.

And we are sure of success thru the power God the Holy Spirit.

b) Every  country among the ones we have reached whenever we run towards our goal,
will be assigned the mandate of facilitating the penetration of two (2) new neighbor countries every year.
A country that may fail to enter two countries will per year, not miss at least one.

c) Use of new technology like internet (video conferencing) and social media to train and do the follow up of graduands.

d) The host local Churches will liaison us with their  local government for the security of AUDM team in the field.

e) Our organization is apolitical and would never interfere in government issues.

 Our Departments :

To succeed, we need a division of responsibilities and a well coordinated ministry.

Therefore, we have a General Assembly , a small team of executives that coordinate and sub coordinates in the field to alleviate the work up to the level of reaching small administrative division in a specified targeted region, province or district.

We organize General assemblies at least One per year to receive general guidance and evaluation to help correct mistakes, and adjust. In between we have  executives meetings and on-job training an seminars.

At the Headquarters* level and overall coordination.

We have the person  in charge of,

1) Centralization, ministry extensions, and external affaires.

2) Training and materials gathering.

3) Teachings and activities follow ups.

4) National Coordination in charge of follow up in every country we run our activities.

5) Administration, communication, archives, and finance.

6) Ladies and youth ministries.

 REALIZATION

1) For the last three (3) years, we have succeeded by the grace of God, to reach 120 villages in Four (4) different countries - DrCongo, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.

2) We have already trained a team of 22 senior pastors from South Sudan that will host and ready to receive us when stability comes in that country. They are still in refugee camps in Uganda.

3) We have a team in Rwanda waiting for new government regulations about ministries. We had a missionary in Rwanda but he should wait for new orientation by the government to be able to resend him back. However the church is fertile already.

4) We have already prepared and trained 22 refugee pastors in Uganda refugees camps that will serve as entry doors for us to  start Portable Bible Schools in their churches in South Sudan when the country stabilises.

5) We have trained at least 1,533 pastors, lay church members (ladies and men), evangelists and have entered 120 villages and towns in the above  countries.

Please look at just few pictures selected randomly from 4 villages that we have reached.

 Our Failure stories :

- Missing our own means of transport, made us sometimes change planned dates.

- Limited in terms of equipment acquisition,  teaching materials, printing of syllabus which means having financial limitation sometimes we did not respond positively to all the demands we had received, but also sometimes we did not give all the learners with all the necessary syllabuses.

- Some training failed because of either lack of  transport means of our team or of support to feeding of our staff.

- Because of limitation, the last 3 years we did not run a 12 months  School of Evangelism for international Evangelists, missionaries, and church planters.

 Portable Bible Schools:

We have succeeded to train 857 evangelists, pastors, and lay men and ladies in 126 villages. 268 people were converted to Christ in total in these different times of training in PBS.

Few Success stories and testimonies from direct  and indirect beneficiaries :

By the grace of God, we have succeeded to gain the confidence of local churches. We are invited in many churches and don't manage to satisfy all of the trainings we had promised in and outside Uganda.
For example, in this period of COVID-19, churches in Tanzania are insisting that our team go and start teaching, 63 students being ready for the training. (Please remember that there has never Confinement in Tanzania - every activity is active as usual).

 Publications :

We have published a booklet titled: " If There is a God, Why So Much Suffering in the World!"

 Brief History of the organisation:

After a similar organisation had collapsed following the death of the Founder, Reverend Hurlburt, Uganda nationals decided to start and accomplish  the same mission with more extended vision of reaching at least 30% of African countries, and now here we are.

Having now been convinced that it is far possible to accomplish the mission; we need the support of any person having the burden of the Gospel to assist our effort.

 Brief organisation's leader experience:

The new leader and visionary of this organisation is of Baptist background, did  biblical studies,  finished the school of evangelism, graduated successfully in Community Development and Business Administration studies.

Has a teaching experience of 15 years in  bible schools of evangelism,  has an experience of 15 years as pastor of different churches in 3 different countries.

Please Contact us for details.
Just email, WhatsApp us for financial details or come and visit us.

The experience of COVID-19, makes us remember that even Persecution car come anytime. There is need that we united, edify each other, and prepare missionaries for the cause of Christ.

Let us learn to live with COVID-19 the way we live with Malaria or any other diseases - we may be forced to change our behavior.

Our volunteer and qualified teachers are ready but ask, " Who will send them."
